Get your web site running from just £495 - Terms

These are not catches! But to be able to carry out the building of your site there some 'rules' that need to be followed to get this price.

The deal

ALL content (images, content, prices. etc) should be supplied on a disc all in one go
Decide what each page will be called.
Images must be original files or large file sizes (over 200kb)
Images MUST be your own, or you have permission to use them - see below
Ensure that if you wish a panorama type image at the top, or elsewhere, that it is suitable to be cropped into a panorama
Images ARE important. They SELL your services and products. They must be GOOD.
Content must be 'oven ready' and spell checked
Decide how you wish your emails to be. For example - info@yourdomain.co.uk, or sales@yourdomain.co.uk, or yourname@yourdomain.co.uk, or enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk, or stay@yourdomain.co.uk.
A £100 deposit by credit or debit card, or cheque with the disc is required prior to starting the project
Once the site is ready you will be able to view your site on a 'development' web site. The balance will then be due by return. The web site will be made 'live' on your Domain of your web space once the cheque has cleared or the card charged

Your peace of mind :

Domains will be registered in your name - watch this with other providers as sometimes you don't end up owning or in control of YOUR Domain.
Your site will run under your Domain. Some 'cheap DIY' sites are run in what are called frames and other weird ways and this affects how people will find your site and in some cases you cannot carry out SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). Also if you stop paying their annual fee you loose the web site.
Do ensure that you have copyright for ALL images. They must be taken by you, or you have written permission from the orginator. If people/faces (other than in a public place) are in the photo you need to have their permission. Likewise some public buildings also require 'releases'. Find both forms attached that you can use. Net Reaction does not require a copy of these but by agreeing the Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you have the necessary permissions.
Minor changes are accepted. For example you may wish to have your photos laid out in a different way at the top or in the body
Hosting of your web site and email will be £75 for subsequent years
Renewal of your .co.uk Domain after 2 years is £15
